Information Sheet
Location: University of Mobile, Fine Arts Building (Thomas T. Martin Hall on left as you enter campus) Click here for map of campus
Deadline for Receipt of Entry Materials: January 16, 2007.

The following items must be submitted at the time of registration:
- Sonata Contest Entry Form
- Sonata Contest Certificate List
- Two long, self-adressed, stamped envelopes
- One check or money order made payable to Mobile Music Teachers Association. Cash will not be accepted.
- A 3x5 WHITE ruled index card for each student. Please type or clearly print the following information on each index card. Observe samples below for correct placement.
- Name of Entrant
- Level of Sonata
- Composer's last name (For Level 20, College and Adult levels only, include the following: Opus Number, movement, key, performance time)
- Years of contest participation including this year
- Teacher's first and last name
- If you enter more than one student in a given level, sign the back of each Card in that level. This will aid in the registration process, if the dividing of that level is necessary.

As soon as possible, you will receive in the mail:
- A Master Schedule - By Judge
- A Master Schedule - By Level
- Your Certificate List indicating the level and performance number of each student.
- A Student/Parent Letter to be copied, completed, and distributed to each of your students. Students must bring this letter on the day of the contest
